Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, URL, timestamp. Logs are rotated and deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention).

Newsletter subscription

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address and confirmation status. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

3. Third-party services

Ghost (self-hosted): the blog platform. Runs on our own server; no data is shared externally.
Google Fonts: fonts are served from Google's CDN. This transmits your IP to Google. Alternative: fonts can be self-hosted on request.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use TLS/HTTPS for all traffic. The server is maintained with regular security updates.
